Shirt/blouse has a button strip (4,11) with lining (11), which is extended by a textile strip (5,6), so that this can be folded forward away from the body. The strip end away from the collar has e.g. a button hole (15), and is of a length, so that the button (14) immediately below the collar can be connected to the strip. The distance between the central button strip and the two collar tips is dimensioned, so that there is space for a tie knot (17) on either side of the strip.
