The coupling device has a first through flow region (b) between two cavity regions, a second one (c, d) for outflow from the second cavity region and a third one (a) into the first cavity region. The fluid flow resistance of the second region is 20-80% of that of the first one, and/or the fluid flow resistance of the third region is 20-80% of that of the first region.
