A blade-holder (30) has an axial, central through-hole, and two forward protruding attachments at both sides protruding from the front end. A transmission rod (40) fits through the through-hole and through the drive-piece in the form of a riveter or pulley bearing so that the rod is moved backwards and forwards in the blade-holder . The front end of the transmission rod has a first coupling, while a second coupling is situated at the back end. The two blades (50,60) are rotarily fixed by means of a first slide link to the first coupling.
