The reference current source has at least 2 voltage-controlled current sources (IQ1,IQ2), each coupled to a control voltage source (VQ1,VQ2), providing a temperature-dependent control voltage (Uc1,Uc2) and having at least one MOSFET for providing an output current (I1,I2) dependent on the control voltage and the process amplification. The current outputs of both voltage-controlled current sources are supplied to an adder (ADD) providing the reference current.
