The information handling method has a filter for evaluation of the information provided by agents for a network management system with a simple network management protocol, for stacking the information in a waiting loop in dependence on the information urgency. The filter can be based on a fuzzy-logic principle, with waiting loops providing asynchronous information processing and ad-hoc information processing.
