The system has a pumped (10) cold water ceiling exchanger (2) cooled by a compressor (9) and evaporator heat exchanger (14) and two part condenser (16,17) with a sorption unit (7). Air is drawn out by a fan (6) through a filter (19) and through a heat generator (8) before being extracted through a flap (4). Air is drawn from the outside by a fan (5) through a filter (18) and the sorption unit, heat generator, air cooler (15) and heater (13). A system of regulator units sets the parameters for the room air condition.
