The filling device has a supply chamber (26) for the micro-powder (32) and a dosing device with a rotary dosing roller (16), coated with the micro-powder by transporting it from a region of the supply chamber in which the micro-powder is uniformly distributed, to a dosing container (24) containing the dosing roller. An Independent claim for a filling method for a micro-powder is also included.
