The measuring device has a measuring unit with at least 6 antenna elements for detecting electrical and magnetic fields in 3 spatial directions and at least one transducer for transmission of the measured values to an external evaluation device. The measuring unit is coupled to at least one optical fibre with conversion of at least part of the received optical radiation into electrical energy for supplying the measuring unit.
