The mounting bar for pipelines has eyelets (1, 2) at each end allowing it to be attached to a pipe clamp or perforated board. These are attached to bars (5, 6) which are connected by a deformation zone (9) consisting of a packet of alternating force transfer plates (11 -13) and energy-absorbing deformable honeycomb structures (14, 15)
