The method for pumping moving molecules where the vector of magnetic induction (B) and the vector of the velocity (V) of the moving molecules are aligned perpendicular to each other in the magnetic finishing zone involves suddenly changing the magnetic induction on the path of the molecular movement with the absolute amount of the derivative striving for infinity. Independent claim describes device with a magnetic system which comprises two identical ring magnets magnetized along the longitudinal axis and aligned with the same magnetic poles to each other, with a non-magnetic seal mounted inbetween.
