A baseplate (3) is fitted out with exchangeable inserts (2) in roller form and two side inserts held in place by adhesive tape or press-studs (5). The baseplate can be placed in a smaller bath (1) for foot care or a bath for whole body care as required. The inserts are composed of waterproof sleeves (10) made of elastic impermeable material and filled with flexible foam or again with air or water and secure attachments of varying structure, all exchangeable as also the specified inserts. Large or small feet can be treated in the smaller bath by the fitted roller inserts without lotion and the same is true of the large bath in which the whole body can be washed, rinsed and treated with less lotion depending on the body size.
