The method for producing walls not having to carry loads, for new and existing buildings, involves production of doubly cement bonded material consisting essentially of pieces of cement bonded foamed polystyrene, cement and water, casting of wall elements with required dimensions, hardening of these wall elements, and installation of them with required openings for doors, hatches and similar items. Also claimed is a resultant wall for new and existing buildings.
