Twin-axial shielded cable has outer core covering central core, with diametrically opposing helical grooves each positioning insulated conductors. The cable has extended stiff, non-compressible polymeric central core covered by an extended outer core with two diametrically opposing helical grooves each positioning insulated electrical conductors. An extended dielectric tube covers outer core and the conductors. A highly-conductive shield encases dielectric tube to shield conductors from external influences and is encased by an extended dielectric jacket. The helical grooves of outer core which is a thermoplastic rubber have semi-circular bottom and sides walls that diverse outwardly from bottom of groove. The insulated conductors of helical grooves are positioned such that they are equally spared from each other along the length of outer core and each conductor is free to move longitudinally independent of the other. The highly conductive shield encasing the dielectric layer (40) made of high density polyethylene shield the insulated conductors from external electrical influences and tunes the electrical characteristics of the cable. A secondary dielectric tape is provided between outer core and dielectric layer (40). The dielectric jacket encases the metallic sheild which is a metal brand. A filling compound is provided in the interstitial spaces (52) of metal braid. A water blocking compound is provided between the conductors and walls of the helical grooves.
