A useful electric signal is generated by converting an acoustic signal, reproducing the useful signal acoustically, generating an electric noise signal by converting the reproduced signal and acoustically reproducing the noise signal with a microphone (3) and loudspeakers (4). The process is conducted in a sequence of steps in a single room (1) with the sound source (2) and electroacoustic converters in a defined set-up. An Independent claim is also included for a method of integrating spatial acoustic and electroacoustic parameters.
