Inline skater braking requires braking surfaces spring-mounted to frame over front or rear rocker first or second rollers spaced closer to roller than maximum rocker path.
Inline skater braking requires braking surfaces spring-mounted to frame over front or rear rocker first or second rollers spaced closer to roller than maximum rocker path.
A braking surface (3) is fixed to the frame (2) above the first and/or second roller (5) of front and/or rear rocker (4). The brake surfaces fixed to the frame (2) adjust radially to the roller center with the front braking surface spring-mounted and so guided that the spring axis encloses 15 deg with the horizontal so braking works only when the roller reverses. The braking surface can be formed from a bolt parallel to the roller axis (6) or again by a vee-shaped body conforming to the roller served.
