The pump and/or cylinder has a cup-shaped rotary cylinder (2) with shaft born centrally in the housing (1). A control element (3) is fastened eccentrically on the housing cover, and connected to a divider element (4). The rotary movement of the drive is directly transmitted via the shaft to the cylinder. The divider element is driven by the cylinder and guided by the control element, to divide the interior into two chambers (5,6). Suction aperture (7) and pressure aperture (8) are located in the housing cover, and the suction aperture pref. has an excess pressure valve.
