The skeleton-profiled rail comprises a double-T cross sectional shape with a one piece body with two flanges (4,6) interconnected by a web (8). The outside profiled height (10), measured across the outer sides of the flanges furthest from the web, comes to 120mm, the outside flange width (12) measured across the flange longitudinal edges comes to 44mm, the thickness (14) of the flanges in the profiled height direction comes to 6mm, and the thickness (16) of the web in the profiled transverse direction comes to 4mm. All eight outer edges of the flanges are rounded with a 2mm radius.
