The cooling and/or heating device (10) has a pipeline circuit with a main supply line (14) having feed and return line sections (16,18) for circulation of a cooling or heating liquid, coupled to a distributor (28), for supplying a number of individual heating or cooling circuits (30,32,34). The supply unit provided by the distributor and the heating or cooling circuits is preceded by a flow valve (24) which is controlled in dependence on the pressure difference between the feed and return flows.
