A calculating unit (160) calculates exchange ratio between right and stock, based on current level of benchmark index and current price of stock. A computerized transaction unit (150) delivers stock to investor, based on calculated exchange ratio on reception of exchange request from the issuer or the investor or upon maturity of the right.
