Assembly for drying wet shaped pallets, from recycled paper pulp, has structured burners and combustion zones in a twin-shell housing to occupy little space and operate with low energy consumption for each pallet
Assembly for drying wet shaped pallets, from recycled paper pulp, has structured burners and combustion zones in a twin-shell housing to occupy little space and operate with low energy consumption for each pallet
The drying assembly, for wet bodies shaped from a pulp e.g. pallets, has a twin-shell housing (1). Each shell (2, 2'), joined together on a common plane (E), has a combustion chamber (4) fitted with at least one burner (3). It is shrouded by a flame shield (10), aligned against each burner, against the product assembly zone (7) in the housing with air inflows and exhausts (5, 6). The drying assembly for wet pallets, shaped from pulp, has a burner shrouding as a perforated or grid flame shield at a dividing wall (8). The housing shells are in a vertical array, where one can swing into a horizontal open setting in relation to the vertical dividing plane (E). An additional heat guide wall (11) is between the dividing wall and the product assembly zone at each shell, perforated and shaped in relation to the products being dried. The shell, which is moved horizontally into the open position, has a carrier grid (13) fitted with product holders (12) as needles or spikes. The flame shield at the dividing wall is integrated into it, or mounted to it, as a sheet plate with a convex curvature. The air feeds and exhausts are linked to the separate channels of a heat exchanger.
