The sealing sleeve (1) system for a shaft (2) or pipe passing through a wall (3) has a section (1a) which fits around the edges of a bore (4) in the wall. Sections (1c, 1d) attached to this are folded back over each other, forming a rounded edge (1e). An Independent claim is included for a system for fitting the sleeve.
