The hollow shell is provided with a pipeline system which can be permanently heated if the air temperature drops below the temperature of the ground water through energy from the ground in the region of the existing ground water temperatures thermostatically controlled by up to 12 degrees. Solar energy collectors and used water heat exchangers can be used for temperature control and heat exchange if the temperature is above that of the ground water.
