New stable aqueous cream (I) comprises: (i) crosslinkable organosilicon compounds; (ii) optionally an emulsifier; (iii) catalysts; (iv) water; (v) optionally inhibitors; and (vi) optionally an organic solvent. New stable aqueous cream (I) comprises: (A) crosslinkable organosilicon compounds selected from: (1) organosilicon compounds having alkenyl or alkynyl groups (A1); (2) organosilicon compounds having (methyl)acryl groups (A2) ; (3) organosilicon compounds having epoxy groups (A4); (4) organosilicon compounds having Si-bonded OH groups (A3); (B) organosilicon compound having Si-H groups as a crosslinking material; (C) optionally an emulsifier; (D) catalysts; (E) water; (F) optionally inhibitors; and (G) optionally an organic solvent; with the proviso that (I) is a pasty water-containing preparation comprising an emulsion system consisting of an active agent, water, and emulsifier; and that the cream is stable when applied to a vertical flat absorbent carrier at a thickness of 0.5 mm, using a brush or by spraying; and after application the cream does not flow downwards by more than 1 cm. Independent claims are also included for: (1) a process for preparation of the cream by mixing component (A) and if necessary components (B), (C), (D), (E), and if necessary (F) and (G); (2) a molded body prepared by crosslinking the cream; (3) a process for the preparation of coatings by the application of the cream to the surface to be coated and crosslinking the cream.
