The light has a tubular metal housing, cylindrical plastic insert, hollow joint part for passing cables, lamp holder, opening in the metal housing side wall. An insert protrusion has an aperture coaxial to the wall opening and a guide channel opening into the insert's interior. The opening and/or aperture has a non-circular cross-section matching that of a joint part journal inserted into the aperture in friction or shape-locking manner. The light has a tubular metal housing (2) closed at one end, a cylindrical plastic insert (3), a hollow joint part (4) for passing connecting cables and a lamp holder (7). The metal housing wall opening (6) is formed in the side wall. The insert has a protrusion (10) with an aperture (11) coaxial with the wall opening and a guide channel opening into the interior of the insert. The opening and/or aperture has a non-circular cross-section matching that of the journal (5) of the joint part that is inserted into the aperture in friction or shape-locking manner.
