The evaporation heat exchanger has an evaporation structure over which ambient air flows, to which a liquid (condensed water) to be evaporated is fed and that is in contact with a medium to be cooled (coolant). The evaporation structure is a metal sheet (4) with half-capillaries formed by stress-free deformation for carrying and evaporating the liquid.
