PURPOSE: A manufacture method of a core is provided to be able to apply the method to the high pressure molding method such as the die casting or the squeeze casting of the light metals such as aluminum alloy, magnesium alloy and the like. CONSTITUTION: The manufacture method of a core is composed of the steps of:melting by heating the water soluble salt of high latent melting heat having 280 to 520°C of melting point and 9.8x10¬-2 to 1.2x10¬1W/m*°C of heat conduction coefficient or the mixture of the light fine powder and the water soluble sa forming by pressurizing the material in a core mold by solidifying after introducing into the core mold or processing the material as powder; and adding fine particles such as a metal which does not chemically respond to the water soluble melting point, ceramic powder, fiber, whisker and the like.
