The ski stick has a tubular rod (6) and grip handle (3). A roll-up pull-out interchangeable orienteering map (5) is fixed underneath the grip handle to the rod. The map can be rolled up inside or outside round the rod. The rod can have a straight longitudinal slit with spring-loaded spindle inside to roll up the map.
