Tension rod (1) for stabilizing a wall body comprises elongated tension elements (5) inserted in a bore hole (8) of the wall body together with a parallel injection tube (2) arranged in their center, and joined to the surrounding wall body by a hardening material inserted by the injection tube. The injection tube designed for stability against the internal pressure is molded in a group of at least two tension elements uniformly distributed on the tube periphery (4) and designed for stability against forces acting in the longitudinal direction of the bore hole. An Independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing the above tension rod. Preferred Features: The tension elements are made of extruded duroplastic having continuous glass fibers in the longitudinal direction.
