The hose consists of a flexible inner hose (1) enclosed by an outer hose (2). The outer hose is connected sealed to the inner hose near its ends or within the area of the inner hose section to be cleaned. The hose has a connection (10) to introduce compressed air into the ring space between inner and outer hose. The inner hose jacket has several opposite thinner wall sections. The inner wall of the outer hose has ring grooves. A pipe socket (4) is fitted into and connected to the end of the inner hose, a connection socket (7) is fitted to the pipe socket, and connected to the outer hose.
