Method comprises a computer system and input and output for industrial or technological resource data. The operating state of the system is controlled using a main system module. The main module processes and manages input or detected characteristics from one or more modules so that only maximum fluctuation values are allowed. The fluctuations are used with an automatic compensating feedback mechanism via the data output. If a second maximum or minimum value is exceeded, the main module automatically deactivates the control function and requests new input values for initializing at least one control function, whereby after initialization, the system automatically reactivates. The invention also relates to a computer system for carrying out such data management and used of the computer system and management method for controlling complex processes.
