Contact arrangement for electronic components has a contact block (7) with a number of adjoining contacts (4) mounted on contact elements (5) to make contact with electrical connections (2.1) of a component (2) under test. The contact elements are configured as a contact sheet with contacts arranged on a face, in a sandwich like manner with intermediate elastic layers (8). The invention also relates to a corresponding method for producing an inventive contact arrangement.
