The storage heating device is in a water-filled container. It includes a number of heat exchangers (e.g. 2, 9), an a heater (3) with a pore burner (12). This heats the water in winter at low external temperature, and is entirely within the upper part of the container. A smoke stack (4), with a heat exchanger (9) round it, runs from it downwards and out.
