The windscreen wiper has a wiper strip and several support vane profiles (10, 11, 12, 13) with spaces inbetween. The inflow end (10,11) of the profiles is off-set relative to the inflow end of each vane profile underneath. The imaginary connecting line (c) between the inflow ends of the profiles includes an acute upward opening angle with a perpendicular (d) to the windscreen panel.
