The vacuum cleaning tool has an air turbine subjected to a suction air flow for rotating a working tool. Each blade (30,31) of the turbine is fixed to a bearer disc (29) at only one end and ends at the other end at only a short distance from the turbine chamber wall. The blades are adjustable and made of a material deformable under flow loading.
