Facade curtainwalling comprises co-planar adjoined and overlapping glass panels as filling elements (1) glued up to a static entity by edge-true supporting frames (4) directed to the building wall. The filling panels (1) rest proud of the frame bottom edge on bracket arms which are so spaced horizontally that one arm supports the bottom edges of the frames of adjacent panels. The frame (4) is screwed (19,20) to the bracket arms and the frames in turn are divided by spacer bushes (21) defining the vertical join between panels.
