The drive assembly is a separate unit and is supported on the framework (4) of the installation through its gear housing (1) which has support faces (2) which closely adjoin one or more sides of the housing and have a greater distance (5) from the relevant support faces (3) in the framework in the installed state. Between the corresponding support faces of the gear housing and framework there are one or more separate support feet (6) which have a large surface area and which are screwed to the relevant support face on the gear housing directly or indirectly through interposed damping elements (7.1).
