A good heat-conducting connection exists between a heat sink (1) and a low-melting-point compound (4) to melt open during a rise in temperature in consequence of an increased load in current for an electric component (2) and on reaching melting temperature, in order to keep the temperature of a heat sink almost constant for a period that relies on heat energy being fed in.
