The vehicle brake disc has a dish (3) supporting the friction ring (2). The ring and dish are made of different materials and connected together. The wall of the dish in the area close to the ring is elastic achieved by successive wall sections in the circumferential direction having different wall thicknesses. The different wall thicknesses can be achieved by stock-removing machining or by casting.
