A steering wheel return correcting unit (100) controls an electric motor to correct the friction generated by a rotor and a steering group as well as the return torque of the steering wheel. A learning unit (110) determines the difference between the resulting friction and the return torque. The resulting learning value is then used to correct the difference in the rotation and test movement of the steering wheel.
