A dermatological composition (I) contains a combination of agents which inhibit the action of nitrogen monoxide synthase (NOS) in warm-blooded organisms (A) and tetrahydrocurcumin, tetrahydrodemethoxycurcumin and/or tetrahydrobisdemethoxycurcumin (B).
