Continuous flow analysis cell has an analysis chamber (5) to which a containment (sic) (4) is connected by a metering channel. The containment can be filled with a reagent for determination of an analytical parameter of an analyte. The metering channel is formed by a constriction in the containment and reduces bleeding out of the reagent. Independent claims are included for: (a) analysis apparatus containing one or more cells as described above; and (b) a microfluidic system containing at least one cell as described above.
