Vessel stenosis identification method using magnetic resonance imaging by using coarse and then fine resolutions to detect suspected stenosis

The method involves detecting a first MR image at low resolution to scan a suspected stenosis region. The image is analyzed to identify a stenosis within the region. A second MR image at higher resolution is detected to scan the identified suspected stenosis. The second image is analyzed to identify an actual stenosis. Independent claims are also included for: (a) an MRI apparatus (b) a computer-readable storage medium on which a computer program is stored.
