Light, fiber-reinforced molding contains fibers of average length 1 mm or more. It has a non-porous skin (1), a foam layer (2) containing 10-50 vol.% of pores and a reinforcing layer (3) with a higher pore volume than the foam layer which contains entangled reinforcing fibers which are bound at their points of contact with a thermoplastic resin.
