An infrared remote controller (100) is provided for unlocking a door and transmitting corresponding signals to a portable radio terminal (200), such as a mobile telephone. The latter transmits signals to a door lock device (L), corresponding to the data that the infrared remote controller transmits to the door to be unlocked. A receiver (IC) receives and analyzes the signals transmitted from the portable radio terminal.
