The hydraulic system has transmitting and receiving cylinders and a throttle valve (1) with at least two positions for different throttling of the fluid. The throttle valve is in two parts, namely a valve cavity (11) in a casing sector (2) of the hydraulic system, and a throttle element (9) able to move axially in the cavity, with a throttle aperture (10).
