A bicycle lamp (1) is described with a holder (2) for the fastening of the bicycle lamp to the bicycle. The holder is covered over like a hose by a protective sleeve (3). The protective sleeve consists of flexible material, especially rubber. The protective sleeve joins up snugly with the bicycle lamp, especially in watertight fashion. A holder structure (4) on the protective sleeve grips into a counter-structure on the bicycle lamp so that an end of the protective sleeve is fixed on the bicycle lamp. The protective sleeve joins up snugly with a contact face on the bicycle, especially in watertight fashion, at its end facing away from the bicycle lamp.
