The valve (1) has a housing (2) containing a movable closing body (4) which moves from a defined open position in the event of a pressure wave into a sealing closing position. The open position is defined by a detent catch device (6) which is released on exceeding a closing force acting on the closing body. The closing body is biased by a closing spring (5) which is tensioned in the open position and which moves the closing body into the closing position when the detent catch is released.
