The vote block (10) has layers (17) and a personal allocation code. A transponder (25), into which the personal allocation code is written and stored, and from which information can be read-out in a contactless manner. Pref. the transponder cannot be removed from the vote block without destruction. The transponder is integrated in a rear envelope cover (11,12) and fitted between cover inside and foldable cover layer (22).
