Arrangement for the measurement of leaks in sealing systems for leak detection and leakage location electrically conductive fluids

Arrangement has a sealing layer (1) or layers with a resistance layer inserted either behind or between them. A large number of electrical connections are made to the resistance layer and the same potential, relative to earth, is applied to each of them. An ammeter is connected to each connection so that a leakage current can be detected in any connection with position inferred from the detector. Independent claims are made for use of the arrangement for detection of leaks in sealing surfaces and for determination of the amount of moisture in a cultivated area above a sealing layer.
