During or after filling the cavity with the vibration-dampening substance e.g. quartz sand the second part is exposed to vibrations to compact the substance. This second part is rigidly connected to the first individual part before or after the dampening substance is added. The two parts make up a vibration dampening metal structure with the rigid connection formed by welding or screwing. The frame like structure can be relaxed and the vibration dampening substance, can be provided in the relevant cavities in a vibration compacted state. USE/ADVANTAGE - High mechanism strength and used in the structure of high buildings and tool machines which are to withstand vibrations.
